Currently useless, there are no functions that take widgetevent.

It was probably intended to be used in a similar way like TriggerRegisterUnitEvent and TriggerRegisterFilterUnitEvent that take a unitevent. It would have allowed to register an event for a specific widget (unit/item/destructable).
